Dre Adam's Taekwondo Journey

Dre Adam, an energetic 8-year-old from Sorsogon City, lives and breathes Taekwondo. Inspired by his Papa Caloy, Taekwondo runs in his blood. His daily routine revolves around his passion, creating habits that turn practice into a lifestyle. With unwavering support from his family, he instilled a mantra to strive for self-improvement instead of comparing himself to others.

Dre started his Taekwondo journey in 2022 and joined Sulay sa Futuro in 2023. This decision proved to be a turning point in his life as it not only gave him physical exercise but also instilled discipline and motivation. With each session, Dre learns how to focus his energy, hone his skills, and develop his character. He is determined to make each day better than the last and embodies the spirit of continuous improvement and dedication on his path to greatness in Taekwondo.
